Ingredients
2 cups carob chips. sweetened or unsweetened
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups wheat germ, raw or toasted
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
 

Instructions
Place carob chips and peanut butter in a small bowl. Stir over low heat, or in microwave, until soft.
Add wheat germ and vanilla. Mix well. Mixture will be stiff.
Place in a 9 inch square pan. Cut into squares. Refrigerate.
