     Liver Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1 lb Braunschweiger
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dill pickle juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup dried onion flakes
 

Instructions
Cut Braunschweiger into pieces. Blend in mayonnaise, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and cream cheese with a mixer. Add onion flakes.
Pack into bowl lined with plastic wrap and let set overnight. Turn out on a plate and spread on your favorite crackers.
