     Fried Chicken Livers

Ingredients
2 lb chicken livers
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup self-rising flour
Vegetable Oil
 

Instructions
Combine livers and buttermilk and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain in a colander; dredge livers in flour. Deep-fry in hot oil (350 degrees) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until browned,. Drain.
Yield- 4 servings.
