Add olive oil in a med saucepan. Place over med heat until oil is shimmering. Add onions, garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook until onions began to soften, about 2 minutes. Add red peppers and jalapenos and cook for 2 min longer.
Add brown surgar and vinegar to pan and cook, stirring until surgar is disolved. Add OJ and simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool to room temp. Add Cilantro
Refridgerate. Yeilds 2C
Serve with chicken, fish and turkey burgers
