1 handful watercress or other greens, washed and drained
1 tsp tamari
cooked noodles
1 tsp miso
Instructions
Bring stock to a boil and add onion. Simmer 5 minutes, add carrot and daikon and simmer 5 minutes more. Add wakame and simmer 5 minutes. Add greens, tamari and noodles. Take a spoonful of the liquid from pot and mix with miso in a bowl. When miso is dissolved, return to pot and simmer fora minute.
