Ingredients
1 LB Lean Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Package Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Squeezed
6 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 LB Ground Breakfast Sausage
2 Tablespoons Butter
 
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
3 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 Cup Milk, Scalded

Instructions
In a skillet, lightly brown meats and onion in butter; drain well and place meat mixture in a well greased slow cooker. Add minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, salt, nutmeg, spinach, and flour; stir gently to blend.
Beat eggs and milk together; pour over mixture. Stir well; cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or until set. Sprinkle with shredded cheese 5 minutes before serving.
