     Cuban Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
3 15oz Cans Black Beans, Undrained
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
5oz Lean Ham Cut Into Cubes
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cans Beef Broth
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 Cup Chopped Onion
 
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well. Cover cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
