Ingredients
400g currants
300g sugar
1 litre water
 
Instructions
Put all in pot to boil; simmer 5 minutes till currants have burst and are tender; remove from heat; strain, chill, enjoy!
If bottling - make sure you sterilise the bottles - clean first, then put into oven at about 90-120 degrees.
