Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes and fry till oil separates. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauceand mix well and simmer for a minute.
Then add capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, ajinomoto, sugar, pepper powder and salt to taste. Fry for a minute. Add some water for the right consistency.
Lastly, mix the boiled pasta and grated cheese and mix well. Garnish with cheese, tomato sauce and chopped coriander and serve hot.
