In a large skillet, Saute garlic in olive oil until tender, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, saute until they wilt and begin to turn brown around the edges, 7-10 minutes.Add the tomatoes, breaking them apart. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until thick, about 15 minutes. Pour over pasta.
