     Caramel Morsel Bars

Ingredients
2 cups caramels
5 cups rice krispie cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. water
1 cup peanuts
1 cup butterscotch chips
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200F. Place in greased pan. In double boiler, melt caramels. Stir frequently until sauce is smooth.
Pour over cereal and nuts. Sprinkle with chips. Place in oven and bake 6 minutes. Spread chips to form a frosting.
