     Red Sauce With Meat

Ingredients
1 - Small Onion
Olive Oil
1 Can - Whole Tomatoes (15oz.)
3 tsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Basil
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper
1 1/4 Cups - Chicken Broth
1 Can - Tomato Sauce (29 oz.)
 
2 Cans - Tomato Paste (6 oz.)
1 - Large Chicken Breast w/Bone
2 - Italian Sausage Links
1 lb. - Pork Rib Tips or 3-4 Pork Neck Bones

Instructions
Saute onion in oil until slightly browned.
Add Tomatoes, sugar, basil, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Cook over med heat for 10 min. Add tomato sauce and rinse with a little water. Add tomato paste and simmer on low heat.
Season chicken and pork with garlic salt, brown chicken, pork, and sausage and add to sauce. Add meatballs and cook for 1 hour.
