Ingredients
1/3 cup of butter
4 cups hot mashed potatoes with extra butter
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
stir butter into hot potatoes. whip cream cheese with sour cream until smooth and fluffy. stir into potatoes with salt and pepper
spoon into buttered casserole
sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
cover and bake at 325 for 30 min
