Container of Cottage Cheese (you can use the
no fat kind)
1/4 Cup finely shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 bunch fine chopped cilantro
3 to 4 finely chopped green onions
3 to 4 chopped plum tomatoes
2 finely chopped jalepenos
 
Instructions
Mix it all up and serve with Sun Chips
