preheat broiler. cover chicken with parchment paper or plastic wrap
and pound chicken until 1/4 in thick. season with salt and pepper
place egg whites in shallow bowl. mix in bread crumbs, parmesan,
and italian seasoning on large plate. dip each breast into egg whites
then bread crumbs
heat oil in skillet. cook chocken 3-4 min then turn over. cook
another 2-3 min. put chicken on baking sheet.
spoon tomato sauce over chicken the top with cheese and place
under broiler for 2-3 min
NOTE- to lesson calories do not saute. cook in oven at 400 for about 15 min
