     Teriyaki Beef marinade

1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Honey
1 1/2 pounds Flank Steak

Combine all ingredients except Steak. Place Flank Steak in a heavy duty resealable plastic bag. Pour in Marinade; turning to coat. Close bag securely and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Be sure to periodically rotate bag so both sides of steak are coated well.
Heat Grill or Broiler. Cook for about 7 minutes each side for medium rare. Carve Steak on the diagonal.
