Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt; mix well. Pour cereals, nuts and pretzels into large zip lock bag.
Pour Butter mixture over cereal mixture. Seal top of bag securely and shake until all pieces are evenly coated.
Pour contents into a microwaveable safe bowl. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Store in an airtight container
Conventional oven. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Follow steps 1 & 2 except Pour contents into an open roasting pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
