In a large saucepan, heat some butter(250 gms approx) Put brown sugar as per the required sweetness. Boil to caramelisation.

Cut thin slices of pineapple, and cut each slice in 2 halves.

Turn heat to low and place the slices in a circles. You can make 2 layers until you cover the entire pan. Now put the lid an dlet it cook for some time.

|
Now put the pastry sheets(criss cross), close the id and let it cook. The sheets may puff up. When cooked, let it cool. Once cooled you can check if its ready by moving the entire pie.The pie doesnt stick and moves in circles when done well.

Topsy turvy the pie in a large plate... and serve.. hot or cool as you like. Tip- You make top it with some cheese spread.
