     Stephen's Dutch oven Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
1 c self rising flour
1 c milk
1 c sugar
1 large can of peaches (syrup drained) or frozen peaches
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick of butter
 

Instructions
Place butter in dutch oven. While butter is melting in a large bowl mix together, flour, milk and sugar. Once your butter has melted, pour batter in dutch oven, spoon drained peaches over batter, sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with lid and place dutch oven over a small bed of coals - place a larger amount of coals on top of the lid and let cook. After 15-20 minutes check under lid to see how it is baking. Keep checking every 15 minutes until done
