     Fajita or Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
1/3 c. olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
1 7.5 oz. can San Marcos chipotle peppers with sauce
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 handful cilantro
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until totally combined.
Pour over chicken breasts or flank steak in a plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using for best flavor.
