     Crudite Dip

Ingredients
2 x 250 ml Cream
1 tin Anchovies
2 cloves Garlic crushed
A little butter
 

Instructions
Simmer the cream until it starts to thicken - approximately 2 hours on a low heat, stirring occasionally.
Fry the garlic in a little butter. Add the drained anchovies and cream.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crudites or biscuits
