Dressing-
Whisk together- ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup Balsamic vineagar, 2 Tbsp honey, 3 cloves garlic, 1 ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard, several basil leaves (finely chopped)
Pour ½ dressing over whole plate and put 2-3 basil leaves on top (save rest of dressing for another dish)
