Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay puff pastry flat in baking dish and place brie wheel on top. Spread thick layer of favorite jam on top of brie. Pull edges of puff pastry up and over brie and jam to enclose brie with-in pastry. Pinch edges of brie to seal.
Beat egg and use paper towel to dab all over puff pastry.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
