Preheat oven to 150 Celsius. Line two large baking
trays with non stick baking paper.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder and
salt. In a large bowl beat sugar, butter and vanilla
until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour
mixture. Stir in choc chips.
Using a rounded spoon, place slightly rounded mounds
onto tray, leaving space for spreading. Press
lightly with a fork.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, remove from oven, let
cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to
to a wire rack for cooling.
