Heat oven to 375. Cook, drain and rinse spaghetti. Brown meat and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cook 3 mins. Combine 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream and egg. Stir in cooked spaghetti. Place spaghetti mixture in pan, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Spread meat mixture over entire surface. Cover with foil. Bake 25 mins. Remove foil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Let sit 10 mins
