In a bowl, add meat, egg and onion and mix well together. Form a small patty in your hand and place a cube of cheese in the middle, fold the meat over to make a meatball.
In a heavy saucepan add 1 can tomato soup and as much water. Add spices and mix well.
Place all the meatballs in the saucepan without crowding them too much.
Bake in the oven at 350f for an hour or so or cook on top of stove at medium/low heat. Turn the meatballs over gently, midway through cooking time. The sauce thickens and becomes cheesy, spoon it on top of the meatballs to serve.
