     Mushroom chicken and sausage casserole

Ingredients
3-4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 pound pork sausage
celery chopped
1 T onion chopped
1/2 pouond mushroom sliced
8 oz cream cheese softened
16 oz bag frozen cauliflower cooked and drained
8 oz cheddar cheese
salt
 
pepper
paprika

Instructions
Brown the sausage with the celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir the softened cream cheese into the sausage mixture until well blended. Coarsely chop the cooked cauliflower. Mix all of the ingred and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Backe covered with foil 350 about 30 min. Uncover and bake until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly browned about 10 minu.
