     Homemade Bis-qwik Mix

Ingredients
6 c all purpose flour
3 T baking powder
1 T salt
1/2 c cold unsalted butter
 
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients.
Cut butter into dry mix.
Store in airtight container up to 4 months in refrigerator.
Substitute for Bisquick in your favorite recipes.
