     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
16 oz can pumpkin
14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 min.
Reduce oven to 350 degrees, continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Cool Whip if desired.
