     Gazpacho Salad

2 pkts Pineapple flavoured jelly
1 medium tomato (seeded and chopped)
1/2 cup ice
1 cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup greep pepper (chopped)
2 onion (sliced)
1/4 tbsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar

Combine vegetables, vinegar, salt and pepper. Keep it aside.
Dissolve the jelly in 500 ml boiling water. Add vegetable mixture. Blend and pour into a mould and set in the fridge for an hour.
Unmold and garnish with vegetables.
