     Healthy Omelet

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of baby spinach
1 slice of cheese of your choice
olive oil
 

Instructions
Lace hot omelet pan with olive oil and pour egg whites into the pan.
Sprinkle spinach and any other vegetables of your choice. Slowly lift the sides of the omelet as it cooks and flip when ready.
Slide onto plate and place cheese in the middle of the omelet and then fold over.
Serving Suggestions
Yield- 1 Serving
