Steam rice in boiling water as directed and place chopped up garlic
clove in pot as rice pressure cooks.
In hot frying pan, drizzle oil and chopped garlic (use at your own
discretion) add vegetables and mix together. Pour in steamed rice
after vegetables have become tender and add eggs and continue to
mix together until the egg cooks.
Add olive oil and salt and pepper for taste.
