Ingredients
8 Cucumbers sliced w/skins on
2 Bunches Scallions sliced
1 medium onion sliced
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 C Wesson oil
 
Instructions
Slice vegetables & put aside. Mix juice ingredients well. Pour over vegetables and marinate 3-4 days so cucumbers soften.
