Instructions
In a large saute pan, melt 4 Tbsp of butter over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix 3 Tbsp of flour with 1 cup of the chicken broth. Whisk well until very creamy and no lumps. Pour the flour/broth mixture into the sauté pan, and stir with the melted butter.
Add onion and garlic powder. Continue stirring as the mixture starts to heat and thicken. Add broth as needed. Add salt and pepper, thyme, sage, poultry seasoning and gravy master.
Continue stirring as the gravy thickens and boils. Thin with more broth if you need to.
