1/4 cup sugar free chocolate syrup, chilled

3/4 cup cold skim milk
|

1 cup chilled diet cola

1/4 cup reduced carb ice cream

2 tbsp sugar free whipped cream

Instructions |

In a chilled glass, combine the chocolate syrup adn skim milk and stir until mixed.
|

|
|
Slowly pour the diet cola into the glass, along the inner side, trying not to make it foam.
|
|
|
|
Stir slowly with a tall spoon to combine.
|
|
|
|
Top with ice cream and place glass into freezer for 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with whipped cream.
