     Buttermilk Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (22-oz.) package frozen mashed potatoes
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat; add agarlic, and saute 1 minute. Add buttermilk and next 3 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in potatoes until smooth.
