Beat peanut butter, oleo and vanilla with mixer. Add and beat in 1 at a time- brown sugar and eggs. Stir in flour and salt. Spread in greased pan, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool slightly.
Toppings-
Drizzle icing on top (powdered sugar and water); or sprinkle on choc. chips OR sprinkle coconut.
Cool and cut into squares.
