     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
8 medium baking potatoes
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 Tablespoon chopped dried chives
 

Instructions
Bake potatoes till done. Cut in half lengthwise; scoop out inside. With mixer, mash potatoes with butter and salt. Gradually add soup and chives; beat until light and fluffy. Spoon mixture into shells. Bake in 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish (9x13pan) at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
