Combine sugar and cinnamon. Quarter biscuits and roll in sugar mixture, place in a greased angel food cake pan or bundt pan. Pour butter over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Invert cake pan on a plate and allow caramel mixture to run over biscuits. Cool and enjoy!
