     Lemon Grass Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp diced garlic
1 tbsp lemongrass
1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
Instructions
Make 5-6 scores on both sides of the chicken breast to allow chicken to absorb the ingredients and speed up the cooking process.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Work the flavours into the chicken with your hands. Marinate the chicken overnight.
Preheat the barbecue then grill until the chicken is golden brown. Enjoy !
