     Maple Ginger Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon filet
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
 
1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
Rinse fish with cold water and fresh lemon; place ina 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients of marinade together.
Pour over fish and broil for about 15 minutes until done.
