     Lemon Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients
1 Pkg Lemon cake mix
1 Box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup oil
2 TBSP poppy seeds
 
Instructions
Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water & oil add poppy seeds. Pour into well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 38 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and punch holes in the top, pour on the following mixture- 4 Tbsp lemon juice and ½ c sugar.
When cool remove from pan.
Makes 2 large loaves or 5 small loaves.
