Instructions |

|
Set a rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 350
|
|
|
Put rhubarb in a dutch oven or other deep oven-safe pot. Add
sugar, wine, vanilla, and mix.
|

Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring midway to ensure
even cooking.
