     Stuffin' Muffins

Ingredients
12 C, 1/2 in cubed white & wheat bread toast
2 C chopped onion
1 C chopped celery
8 tbsp butter
1 tsp sage
1 tsp tyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 3/4 C chicken broth
 
1/2 C white wine

Instructions
Toast white & wheat bread in toaster & cube into 1 in squares, 12 C.
In large pot melt butter. Add onion & celery over med heat about 5 min, until soft. Add chicken broth, herbs, salt & pepper; heat to boil, turn off heat.
Add in 12 C bread cubes, stir until well combined. Using a ice cream scoop, scoop in heaping stuffing into a sprayed muffin tin. Place in a 325 degree oven for 25-30 min.
Serving Suggestions
These are a great option, they are single serve so each person gets 1, they are easy to reheat, my family loves them.
