2/3 cup hosin sauce
1/4 cup rice wine sake sherry or milin
2teablespoon honey
garlic powder
3teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2teaspoon of olive oil
 
Instructions
2lb of varaiety of meat, salt lightly for 8 hours. combine all ingredients in small bowl, use as a rub for a variety of meat dishes,or salmon.
