2 sticks margarine (Imperial or Mrs. Filberts), softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg at room temperature
2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, cream and vinegar and mix.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and mix on low until dry ingredients are moistened and combined.
Drop by teaspoon or rolled balls spaced 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet and flatten. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
