     Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients
Chicken
Paparika
oil
water
corn starch
milk or heavy cream
 

Instructions
Coat bottom of pan with oil and stir in paprika. Brown chicken in paprika and oil mixture, in a heavy duty pot outside of chicken should be a dark red. Cover chicken with water, salt and pepper to season and cook until chicken falls off bone or apart.
Remove chicken from bones, cut or shred into small pieces. Mix cornstarch, milk or cream together to make a thickner and pour into broth. Thicken broth to desired consistency. Pour broth over dumplings or cooked rice.
