Ingredients
6 cup flour
3/4c sugar
3/4c cream
3 tsp baking powder
cooked pumpkin
pepper
onion optional
3 eggs
1tsp salt
 
3/4c water
sugar
salt
cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, crem, baking powder, eggs, salt and water to make a soft dough. Season pumpkin with sugar, salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste. Saute onion in 2 TBS shortening and then add 1 tbs flour and brown. Add this to the pumpkin mixture. Roll the dough thin, cut into squares, put a spoonful of punkin mixtue on each square, fold in half and seal edges. Bake in 400 deg oven until brown.
