Instructions |

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir beef, onion, celery, and green pepper until beef is brown, drain.
|

Place beef mix, potatoes, sauce mix, Worcestershire sauce and soup in ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Stir in water and milk.

|
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender; 45-50 mins.
