Grease 9 inch pie plate.
In a mixing bowl, combine, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add Eggs and Vanilla, stir well. Add Apples and nuts, stir until well combined.
Spoon into pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, til brown & firm on top.
serve warm with a spoon full of cinnamon butter.
